Yes. There is no setup or monthly subscription pricing. Final outcome-based commercial terms will be shown before monetary billing is activated.
Can guests pay online?
Eligible properties can connect their own Razorpay account and accept supported payment methods through the Hopnest-hosted checkout flow.
When is room inventory secured?
Approval starts payment collection. Inventory is secured only when the required deposit is verified and the final availability check passes.
Can I use Hopnest Direct with my existing hotel website?
Yes. You can link the booking page from your existing website or use an eligible client-owned custom domain.
Is Hopnest Direct a full hotel PMS?
Hopnest Direct focuses on direct bookings, availability, inventory, payments, calendars, booking operations, analytics and communication. It is not a full housekeeping, POS or channel-manager suite.
